INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Association of Realtors has released its real estate update for July. According to their report, home prices rose 4-percent compared to July of 2025.
They also report that 8,000 sales were closed statewide that month, which was up 5-percent from the year before and is trending upward by 3-percent for the year. They say homes went under contract in 20 days last month, which is a day longer than in July last year.
Last month’s median list price of $285,000 was a little lower than 2025 and the board reports that nearly half of all homes for sale have had at least one price reduction.
