WRSW OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to enter or win unless otherwise specified in the rules of a particular contest.

2. Employees of WRSW, Kensington Digital Media of Indiana, affiliated radio stations, contest sponsors, promotional partners, advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate in or win any contest conducted by WRSW.

3. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

4. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, insurance, licensing, registration fees, title fees, passport fees, travel documentation, and any other costs or obligations associated with acceptance or use of a prize.

5. By participating in any contest, entrants grant WRSW and Kensington Digital Media of Indiana the right to use their name, voice, photograph, likeness, hometown, and biographical information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

6. By participating, entrants and winners agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless WRSW, Kensington Digital Media of Indiana, its subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the contest or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release prior to receiving a prize.

7. Winners are solely responsible for claiming prizes and making any necessary travel or event arrangements. Unless otherwise specified, prizes must be claimed at the WRSW business offices during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Any prize not claimed within thirty (30) days of notification shall be forfeited and become the property of WRSW.

8. Winners must present valid government-issued photo identification before receiving a prize. Failure to provide satisfactory identification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

9. No cash redemption, substitution, or transfer of prizes is permitted except at the sole discretion of WRSW or the prize sponsor. If a winner is unable or unwilling to accept a prize as awarded, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another eligible participant.

10. Prizes may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, exchanged, or otherwise transferred for value.

11. Participants may only enter or participate using their own true identity. The use of aliases, fictitious names, multiple identities, alternate phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, or any other deceptive means intended to increase the chances of winning is prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification.

12. Participants may win only one (1) prize within any sixty (60) calendar day period per person, household, and email address unless otherwise specified. A household is defined as all individuals residing at the same physical address.

13. In addition, only one prize with a value of six hundred dollars ($600.00) or greater may be awarded to the same individual within a six (6) month period.

14. Prize fulfillment is the sole responsibility of the sponsoring business, organization, or entity providing the prize. While WRSW makes every reasonable effort to partner with reputable sponsors, WRSW cannot guarantee the future availability, redemption, transferability, or fulfillment of any prize. Circumstances including, but not limited to, business closure, ownership changes, financial hardship, operational changes, event cancellation, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect a sponsor’s ability to honor a prize. WRSW shall not be liable for a sponsor’s failure or inability to fulfill any prize.

15. WRSW is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, illegible, corrupted, interrupted, or failed entries due to technical malfunctions, internet failures, software issues, hardware failures, telephone problems, streaming delays, human error, or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

16. Listeners who stream broadcasts online may experience delays due to buffering, transmission latency, or other technical limitations. Online listeners are encouraged to monitor broadcasts through traditional radio reception when participating in time-sensitive contests. WRSW is not responsible for delays associated with online streaming.

17. Participants attempting to enter or win via telephone must remain connected until all requested information has been obtained by station personnel. WRSW is not responsible for dropped calls, busy signals, disconnected calls, poor connections, cellular service interruptions, or other telecommunications failures.

18. Entries submitted through automated means, scripts, bots, contest clubs, vote exchanges, artificial methods, or any other process intended to circumvent the spirit or fairness of a contest are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

19. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the designated timeframe, fails to meet eligibility requirements, declines a prize, or otherwise becomes ineligible, WRSW reserves the right to disqualify that individual and select an alternate winner.

20. WRSW reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose conduct is determined to be abusive, threatening, disruptive, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the contest or the operation of the station.

21. All decisions made by WRSW management, promotional staff, contest judges, and representatives regarding eligibility, rule interpretation, winner selection, prize awards, and all other aspects of a contest are final and binding.

22. WRSW reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend, or amend any contest, promotion, giveaway, or these rules at any time if circumstances beyond its control affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest.

23. Any stated prize value is an estimate based upon information supplied by the sponsor or provider. WRSW makes no representation or warranty regarding the actual retail value of any prize.

24. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible participants and the method of winner selection.

25. Any contest conducted through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, or any other social media platform is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform. Participants release all social media platforms from any liability related to the contest.

26. Participation in any contest constitutes acceptance of these Official Contest Rules and any additional contest-specific rules that may apply.

27. These rules may be amended, modified, or supplemented at any time. Current rules are available at the WRSW studios, 216 W. Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays, and online at www.1073wrsw.com.
