WARSAW — Beef-A-Roo will have a soft opening Friday for one of its new stores in Warsaw.
The initial opening will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the 408 N. Detroit St. restaurant.
Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce provided the update on its Facebook page Wednesday, and added, “Please be patient, kind, and give them a warm welcome to Kosciusko County as this is just a SOFT opening.”
The restaurant chain, which is headquartered in Illinois, specializes in beef sandwiches and has been expanding into various states in recent months.
No details were provided about the East Center Street store, which is yet to open.
The company recently opened a store in a former Penguin Point property in North Manchester.
Both stores in Warsaw are also former Penguin Point properties.
